Please read the Terms and Conditions of use carefully before submitting an order for any products.

"Goods" or “Products” means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the Website.

"Buyer", "user", "you" refers to you as a customer who is placing an order with LONDOIL UK LTD or you as a user of this Website.

 

1.1 "LONDOIL UK" is the trademark or registered trademark of LONDOIL UK Limited.

3.1 Ordering You may submit any orders through our website via order forms at the checkout procedure.

3.2 All orders will be confirmed by e-mail to the address provided by the buyer.

4.1 Price and Payment The price of the products shown on the website will exclude VAT, but the VAT will be clearly displayed on the buyer’s order form as well as the price on the invoice.

4.2 Delivery costs, if applicable, will be a separate charge and clearly displayed in the buyers shopping cart prior to confirming an order. Please see the “Delivery” sections to see the different prices chargeable.

4.3 Payment can be made online by credit/debit card or PayPal and must be paid in full before products can be dispatched to the buyer. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

4.4 Minimum Order amounts our online shop is for the business to business market, and therefore, the minimum order quantities apply. These may vary and will be displayed upon checkout.

5.1 Delivery The cost of delivery will depend on the following factors; a) The weight of your order b) The size of your order c) Where you would like the order to be delivered. Note we only deliver to all postcode areas in England and Wales with the exception of the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly

5.2 The buyers order will be dispatched once payment has been made and will be delivered within 1-3 business working days dependent on the size of your order.

5.3 Orders requested for overseas delivery including Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland are to be requested via our email at info@londoil.co.uk

5.4 If there is an error or incorrect delivery address submitted after ordering you must notify us as soon as possible. Please note LONDOIL UK LTD are not liable for any lost or damaged goods if we are not notified before the goods have been collected for delivery. You may also need to pay a further delivery charge if we are required to re-send your order to the new correct delivery address that has been provided. This will be decided by our management team upon facing such scenarios.

6.1 Website information Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, occasionally errors can occur such as incorrect prices being displayed or not updated. If a product is therefore ordered in this situation the buyer will be notified by the seller to offer a cancellation of the product/order or an updated order using the correct prices. We are under no obligation to sell LONDOIL products at incorrect price.

7.1 Cancelling Once an order has been made the buyer will have 14 days to cancel or alter their order. The buyer must do this by emailing info@londoil.co.uk or by phoning our office number on 0208 988 1948 stating your order number and reason for the cancellation.

7.2 Any damaged goods or incorrect goods received must be notified to us within 5 working days.

7.3 Where the buyer makes a claim for a damaged/incorrect product the goods must be returned to LONDOIL UK LTD within 14 working days in the same state in was received via recorded delivery and securely packaged. If product returned are found damaged due the buyers handling the buyer will be liable for damaged goods.

7.4 Upon receiving products back LONDOIL UK will inspect the products and if they are in fact damaged/defected LONDOIL UK will offer a full refund to the same account details given by the buyer when the order was made within 7 working days. The refund will include delivery costs (up to £10) including costs of damaged or defected products.

7.5 If a product is opened and used the order cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled.

7.6 The buyer is fully responsible for arranging the return of any products to LONDOIL UK LTD.

8.1 Registration A buyer can only register their details once. Any information or log in details forgotten can be recovered by contacting us on info@londoil.co.uk where a series of security questions will be asked.

8.2 Any offers for new registered buyers will apply to new customers only. Existing customers will not be able to register more than one account per name per address.

9.1 Privacy Policy Use of your personal information When you register and use this site You will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, contact details and payment details.

9.2 Your details will not be shared by third parties nor will be sold for LONDOIL UK LTD gain.

9.3 Card details entered via our checkout section are securely used through conventional payment methods.

9.4 The buyer is responsible for keeping their details secure by confirming to logout at the end of each session and to not share their details with third parties.

9.5 If an order has been made and paid for without the knowledge or authorisation of the buyer themselves LONDOIL UK LTD cannot be held responsible. In this instance LONDOIL UK LTD can only refund the customer only if the order has not been dispatched within the 1 working day.

9.6 in some product details shows health information for specific products, however we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination with other ingredients. LONDOIL UK LTD works in an environment with many products, including some containing gluten, nuts and seeds. In manufacturing each product, steps have been taken to minimise cross-contamination. Please ask us about the steps we have taken to minimise cross-contamination if you are concerned. 

Changes of Terms and Conditions We may change or alter our terms and conditions without notification to the buyers. We strongly recommend you visit this page frequently where changes will be shown highlighted in bold for the period of 30 days.
