Delivery Information
We use Parcelforce and DHL Next Working Day services. Northern Ireland and Isle of Man delivery time is 1-3 business days.
We offer next working day and free delivery (only England, Wales and Scotland) on all orders placed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (till 01:30 pm).
- Also there is no weekend delivery service, If you order from Monday to until Thursday 01:30 pm, it will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered the day after. If you order after Thursday 01:30 pm, Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched Monday and you will get it following Tuesday.
- Free Delivery is only for orders of £50 or more (only England, Wales and Scotland)
- Next working day delivery is £4.99 for only England, Wales and Scotland up to 20kg under £50.
- Delivery Fee is £11.99 for Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
- If you want to order from outside of England, Wales and Scotland. Please contact us (info@londoil.co.uk) we can arrange delivery and inform you about delivery fee.
- The cost of delivery will depend on the following factors;
- The weight and size of your order
- Total price of your order
- Postcode and region
- The buyers order will be dispatched once payment has been made and will be delivered 1 working days (Excluding Bank Holiday, Saturday and Sunday) dependent on the size of your order.
- If there is an error or incorrect delivery address submitted after ordering you must notify us as soon as possible. Please note LONDOIL UK LTD are not liable for any lost or damaged goods if we are not notified before the goods have been collected for delivery. You may also need to pay a further delivery charge if we are required to re-send your order to the new correct delivery address that has been provided. This will be decided by our management team upon facing such scenarios.
